nPosition Overview: We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who shares our passion for improving access to quality mental health care. The ideal candidate is fun-loving, authentic, and thrives in an environment driven by core values of creativity, humor, compassion, and determination.
nKey Responsibilities:
nEvaluate and diagnose mental health conditions, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation.
nProvide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill community gaps in care.
nUse creativity in interventions to help clients exceed their goals.
nMaintain a caseload of at least 27 client visits per week.
nCoordinate with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, and school staff as needed.
nAttend and participate in clinical meetings and trainings.
nPerform other tasks that support the clinic’s mission.
nRequired Qualifications:
nMaster’s degree in behavioral science or related field.
nCurrent LPC licensure.
nExperience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
nStrong written and verbal communication skills.
nAbility to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
nProficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus).
nIdeally credentialed with insurance panels.
nComfort working with a diverse client base.
nA sense of humor will definitely help.
