We are hiring 1–2 elite personal trainers immediately to take over high-value clients already on the schedule in the Peninsula.

• ✔ One client just committed $10,000
• ✔ Active clients in Daly City + Half Moon Bay
• ✔ More leads coming in weekly

What This Role Actually Is (real talk)

This is NOT a gym job.

You will:

• Train clients in their homes (Daly City → Half Moon Bay corridor)
• Build long-term relationships
• Own a high-income route of clients
• Be part of a structured, high-performance system

Compensation

• $40–$60/session base
• $500+ bonuses for 6-month renewals
• 2% commission on all other renewals
• Performance bonuses + session volume incentives
• Gas reimbursement

Top trainers = $1,000+/week

Territory

You must be able to service:

• Daly City
• South San Francisco
• Pacifica
• Half Moon Bay

Living in South San Francisco / San Bruno / Pacifica strongly preferred
