We have been retained on a non-public search by an elite, investor-side, securities litigation-focused firm that seeks to hire a mid-level associate to join their team. The firm has a sophisticated existing practice focused on securities class action litigation and is rapidly taking on new cases. The person in this position can work remotely or in the firm's NYC offices.
Key Responsibilities
- High-impact work on securities class action litigation
- Draft significant legal pleadings with minimal oversight
- Independently initiate and direct litigation strategy
- Take on meaningful responsibility and work on complex, high-stakes matters
What the Firm Seeks
- 2.5 to about 6 years of substantial experience
- Securities litigation experience or a significant interest in focusing exclusively in the area
- Strong credentials, including work in a major plaintiff-side or Big Law setting
- Licensure in NY or CA
What the Firm Offers
- Base salary of $230,000 to $245,000, depending on experience
- Discretionary bonus, ranging from $40,000 to $200,000 or more
- Remote work, with offices in NYC
- Flexibility on start dates in consideration of year-end bonuses
