What You'll Do
As a Seasonal Grain Elevator Worker, your responsibilities may include:

• Load and unload grain from railcars and trucks.
• Assist with grain receiving, handling, and storage operations.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe facility.
• Complete basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to keep harvest running efficiently.

What We're Looking For
Qualified candidates should:

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Be willing to work overtime and weekends during peak harvest season.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:

• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
• Climb stairs and ladders.
• Work from heights and in confined spaces.
• Bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and outdoor environments.
