- Create and maintain a classroom environment that is safe, respectful, inclusive, and conducive to learning.
- Plan, deliver, and assess standards-based lessons using evidence-based practices and differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students Use data to inform instruction, monitor progress, and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success.
- Collaborate regularly with grade-level colleagues, support staff, and families to enhance student learning.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to strengthen instructional practices and remain current in evidence based methods.
- New York State Childhood Certification 1-6
