Isom Elementary is seeking passionate, student-focused educators who are committed to delivering high-quality instruction, building positive relationships with students and families, and collaborating with colleagues to support student growth. The ideal candidate is reflective, growth-minded, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative school team. Experience with the Science of Reading is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering high-quality instruction aligned to Indiana Academic Standards Utilizing data to plan differentiated lessons and monitor student progress
• Creating a positive, respectful, and structured learning environment
• Collaborating with grade-level and school-wide teams to support student success
• Communicating effectively with families, colleagues, and administrators Implementing school-wide procedures, expectations, and instructional initiatives

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana Teaching License in Elementary Education (K-6)
• Strong content knowledge and understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
• Effective classroom management and instructional skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Proficiency in the use of instructional technology to support student learning
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
