Position Summary
Braham Area Schools is seeking a dedicated, student-centered professional to serve as a full-time Special Education Paraprofessional at Braham Elementary School. This position is 33.75 hours per week and is scheduled for student contact days only.
Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred and/or ability to obtain a Paraprofessional certificate.
• Ability to accept direction from supervising teacher(s) and work effectively as a member of a professional team.
• Adequate oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of and ability to comply with student data privacy laws.
• Ability to work effectively with students with a variety of learning, behavioral, and developmental needs.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors during the school year.
• Commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Salary
According to the Secretary/Paraprofessional contract.
