Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

Hours: Approximately 37.5 hours/week

Pay Rate: $48/hour on W2 – All Inclusive

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Elementary School Teacher to support an upper-elementary general education classroom at a charter school in New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, experience delivering standards-aligned instruction, and the required New Jersey teaching certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide standards-aligned instruction in core elementary subjects.
• Plan and deliver engaging daily lessons.
• Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.
• Monitor and document student academic progress.
• Differentiate instruction based on individual student needs.
• Maintain accurate student and instructional documentation.
• Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families.
• Support students in achieving academic and classroom goals.

Required Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Elementary School Teacher K–6 certification , and/or applicable NJ Middle School 5–8 endorsement .
• Previous elementary classroom teaching experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday during the scheduled school day.
• Availability to start ASAP.

IMPORTANT: Substitute certification is NOT accepted for this position. Candidates must possess the applicable NJ teaching certification/endorsement.
