A school district near Providence, RI is looking for a dedicated Elementary School Psychologist to support K-5 students through evaluations, eligibility determinations, re-evaluations, and IEP development. This onsite position also provides opportunities to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary school teams.

Position Details

• Full-time K-5 elementary school position

• Full participation in IEP development and team meetings
• Active member of risk and threat assessment team
• General consultation and support to building staff and teams

Requirements

• Valid Rhode Island School Psychologist certification

Previous School-based Experience Preferred

• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
