Elementary Licensed School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Watertown, Wisconsin

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students with speech and language needs. This full-time assignment runs from March 2, 2026, through June 4, 2026, with hours from 7:40am to 3:25pm, Monday through Friday. You’ll work with a caseload spanning kindergarten through 3rd grade, helping young learners build vital communication skills and succeed in the classroom environment.

Key Qualifications

• Current certification and state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience in an elementary school setting preferred
• Ability to manage an elementary caseload, working with students in grades K-3

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ progress
• Document session notes and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements
• Foster communication skills critical for academic, social, and emotional development
