Job Pool for all individuals interested in applying for Elementary Instructional Coach positions. Applicants can apply here for current and/or anticipated vacancies.
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Work with vertical teams and content area specialists to align district curriculum, develop district benchmark assessments, coach teachers by modeling effective teaching strategies, assist with the instructional program at the campus, interpret and analyze data including longitudinal data for the students, integrate technology in the teaching/learning process, develop and conduct or arrange for staff development and sessions for teachers to focus on effective instructional strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education/Certification:

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university
• Master's degree preferred
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate, with required endorsements for subject/level assigned

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge of gifted and talented strategies/programming
• Knowledge of Pre AP/AP Program
• General knowledge of curriculum and instruction
• Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate leadership skills
• Technology Literate

Experience:

• Minimum of three years teaching experience

CALENDAR: 207 work days
SALARY: Contingent on Experience
Minimum - $61,489
