Elementary Instruction Coach
Horizon Science Academy Cincinnati/Dayton is looking for an Elementary Instruction Coach to join our team. Coaching responsibilities include supporting the school's mission, philosophies, values, goals, and policies toward students, parents/guardians, and coworkers. The role involves designing and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum and instruction that reflects observations and goals of individual children. The coach will foster a classroom culture of high expectations that includes college preparation for all students. They will work with faculty and school leadership to frequently examine student data for ongoing refinement of instruction and assessment. Additionally, the coach will share best practices with other teachers and collaborate to improve instructional and assessment practices. Frequent and respectful interaction with students and staff is also required.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree, valid OH teaching certificate/license or must be in the process of obtaining a valid OH teaching certificate/license in subject area to be taught.
Compensation & Benefits: Compensation packages are competitive and commensurate with experience.
