SmartStart Education, LLC is seeking an Elementary ELA Tutor to provide high-quality literacy support to K–5 students. In this mission-driven, educator-focused role, you will deliver small-group and 1:1 instruction in reading comprehension, phonics, writing, and vocabulary aligned to state standards and school curricula. You will use assessments to diagnose needs, track progress, and communicate results to teachers and coordinators.
