Boys and Girls Clubs of San Leandro is seeking a Youth Development Professional – Elementary to create a safe, engaging after-school environment for middle school youth at Madison Elementary School. You will mentor students, support academic success, and foster social-emotional growth through hands-on activities and teamwork.
The role is part-time, on-site, with a school-year schedule (1:00–6:00 PM). No prior youth work experience is required; applicants must be 18+.
