Elementary After School Program - Internal Candidates Only

After-School Instructors

After-School Instructors to support students in academic growth through small group. This position runs from October/November through April/May, with sessions held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic support in core subject areas.
• Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce classroom learning.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Document student progress in district systems such as Intervention Manager.
• Collaborate with school staff to align tutoring goals with classroom instruction.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and respectful learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with school-age children preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with educational technology and district data systems is a plus.
