Opportunities are available throughout Southeast, Virginia including the areas of *Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk and Suffolk, *serving culturally diverse communities and markets while offering the flexibility to choose a practice setting that aligns with your lifestyle and career goals. *What we offer:* * Hiring Range: $115,000-$145,000 * Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule, and job duties * Performance incentives * Flexible work/life balance * Second-largest EMR platform - eClinicalWorks (eCW) * Hospital EMR is EPIC * Full Medical Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision * 401K Retirement * Professional allowance * Paid time off * Signing Bonus * Malpractice and tail coverage *In this Role:* As an Electrophysiology Advance Practice Provider, you will provide comprehensive, longitudinal patient-centered care in an inpatient and outpatient setting while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team. * Perform patient evaluations, physical examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans. * Manage antiarrhythmic medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests and imaging. * Interrogate, program, and monitor cardiovascular implantable electronic devices (CIEDs), including remote transmissions. * Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, medications, and follow-up care. * Conduct daily hospital rounds and manage electrophysiology consultations. * Coordinate electrophysiology procedures, antiarrhythmic drug initiation, and discharge planning. * Serve as the primary APP for inpatient electrophysiology patient care. * Manage a daily outpatient clinic of approximately 18 patients under physician collaboration. * Evaluate patients for pre- and post-procedure care, antiarrhythmic drug monitoring, urgent arrhythmia symptoms, CIED follow-up, implantable cardiac monitor evaluations, and routine electrophysiology care. *Practice Highlights* * Strong commitment to patient centric value-based care * A multidisciplinary team of 300 physicians and advanced practice providers, including; Cardiology, Pulmonary, Dermatology, Sleep Medicine, Surgery, and many additional specialties * Practice within an established, integrated healthcare network featuring: o 75 outpatient clinics o 7 Urgent Cares o Advanced Imaging o Ambulatory Surgery Center o Sleep Lab Center o Outpatient Cardiac & Pulmonology testing *Exceptional Careers Meet Coastal Living* Discover an exceptional quality of life in one of the East Coast's most desirable regions * A variety of residential options, from vibrant urban neighborhoods to waterfront and suburban communities * Affordable cost of living with safe, family- friendly neighborhoods * Highly regarded public, private and higher education institutions * Culturally diverse, welcoming communities with a rich cultural and arts scene * Year-round recreational opportunities, including beaches, boating, parks, golf, and outdoor activities * Convenient access to domestic and international travel through a user-friendly internal airport Apply Today!
