Electronics Technician
Location: Exton, PA Pay: $22 – $30/hr (based on experience) + 10% 2nd Shift Differential Schedule: Monday – Friday, Overtime/Saturdays as needed

Position Overview: As an Electronics Technician, you will:
- Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics systems down to the component level.
- Work with analog and digital circuitry, video, and Ethernet troubleshooting.
- Validate Acceptance Test Procedures and utilize advanced software tools.
- Interface directly with engineering teams for problem-solving and process improvements.
- Follow guidelines and procedures of FAR 145 repair station compliance.
What We're Looking For: Minimum of 2 years of technical education and 5+ years' experience in electronic equipment testing/maintenance. Strong component-level troubleshooting and soldering skills (SMT & through-hole). Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards. Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, frequency counters, and other test equipment. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication. Highly Desired:
- Avionics/aircraft industry experience (Boeing background a plus)
- IPC-610 Certification
- RF experience
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1 opening)
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (3 openings, includes 10% shift differential)
All hires will train on 1st shift for ~1 month before moving to assigned schedule.
