This role will work closely with operations management and engineering to ensure high quality and timely delivery as well as provide feedback for continuous improvement of the product.The position is full-time, on-site daily, Monday through Friday.
The location for this role is Silvus Technologies' HQ in the heart of vibrant West LA.Role and responsibilitiesTesting of sensitive electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs).Final assembly and inspection of finished products.System testing and quality control testing in production.Statistics logging and reporting with daily feedback to the team.Perform other related duties of which the above are representative.Required qualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Good manual dexterity and strong hand skills with tools (tweezers, screw/bolt drivers, torque wrenches).Competent as a PC user, and computer savvy.Collaborative spirit, committed to team success.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Excellent communication skills and teamwork.Enjoys hands-on work; is careful and detail oriented.Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S.
Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.Preferred knowledge skills and abilitiesExperience in an electronics manufacturing and testing environment.Linux experience is a plus.Working conditions and physical requirementsIndoor air-conditioned facilityOccasional exposure to heat and cold.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following:Lift up to 25 lbs.Walking/Moving in the labs.CompensationThe pay range is NOT a guarantee.
