Electronics TechnicianWe are seeking an Electronics Technician to work in close partnership with our engineering team. This role involves prototyping engineering designs and conducting various tests, including weather and pressure testing. The technician will engage in technical simulations and collaborate closely with engineers to prototype units effectively.ResponsibilitiesPerform the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.Determine and develop test specifications, methods, and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems.Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as needed based on testing results.Assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.Essential SkillsTechnician experience.Experience working closely with engineers in a digital environment.Strong communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required; Technical/Trade School preferred.2-3 years of experience in a related field.Ability to handle multiple opportunities and meet strict deadlines.Work EnvironmentThis position is 100% onsite in an engineering lab located in Newtown, PA. The lab features electro-static flooring and pressure testing equipment to simulate space conditions. Lab attire is required, and the work shift is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
