What We're Looking For: Previous experience in manufacturing, production assembly, or electronics assembly.

Ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and specifications. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate production equipment and work at a consistent production pace. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Willingness to learn new processes and obtain additional certifications.
