Whether it's harnessing fusion through the science of stars, making exponential leaps in power efficiency, or innovating medical care with a novel cancer treatment: We're turning the promise of science into reality.We're looking for candidates who are passionate about realizing our mission: A future where all people have affordable access to reliable, abundant, and environmentally friendly fusion-generated electricity.About The RoleParticipate in the assembly of electrical and electromechanical systems, including wiring, cabling, racks, and instrumentationInterpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), and CAD models to execute precise buildsPerform functional testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of assembled unitsDevelop and improve assembly procedures, work instructions, and build documentationCollaborate with design engineers to resolve build issues and drive design-for-assembly improvementsAssist in the preparation of molds and formsMix and pour epoxy resins into molds for transformer coils and components, ensuring proper degassing and vacuum pressureInspect finished castings for defects, such as voids or cracks, ensuring compliance with design specificationsMaintain organized documentation, labeling, and configuration of hardware systemsAbout YouExperience with hand tools, measurement equipment, or assembly workBasic understanding of electrical schematics or wiring diagramsAbility to quickly learn technical concepts, tools, and assembly processesStrong organizational skills and ability to follow structured proceduresGood communication and teamwork skillsFast learner who can pick up new technical skills quicklyAre comfortable working in a dynamic environmentIndividual who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solvingField of study is not a limiting factor; we value candidates who demonstrate strong learning ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsPhysical Requirements and Work EnvironmentLifting will be required - up to 50-60 lbs.At TAE Technologies, we consider a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and job-related knowledge, training; licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered (non-Sr., Sr.).
