This is a dynamic, hands-on position for a highly skilled technician who thrives in a fluid startup environment.

You'll work closely with engineers and leadership, support development of cutting-edge technologies, and help establish best practices that enable our mission and growth.You will be expected to work independently, communicate proactively, and mentor junior technicians while owning complex technical tasks from prototype build to system-level testing.Responsibilities include:Work independently and collaboratively while maintaining clear, proactive communication with engineers, project leads, and teammates. Mentor junior technicians as needed.Execute complex technical tasks including test setup, data collection, troubleshooting, and documentation, following established processes and participating in peer reviews.Apply tenacity, patience, and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in test execution, data integrity, adherence to best practices, and clarity in documentation.Continuously grow technical competency through curiosity, initiative, and collaboration with engineering staff.
