Avionics Technician Duties
Install, modify, overhaul, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complete avionics operating system(s) consisting of numerous complex integral components.
Set up and operate software controlled automatic test equipment (ATE) to test and troubleshoot complex electronics components and systems.
Use and maintain hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, wrenches, soldering irons, and microsoldering units.
Utilize safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
