HELLA has around 36,000 employees at more than 125 locations worldwide and generated consolidated sales of € 6.3 billion in the fiscal year 2021/2022.Your TasksSupport in ensuring and coordinating adequate information flow between suppliers and the program buyersSupport in driving commodity purchasing processes for specific Hella products, preparation of sourcing activitiesAlign tasks and decisions with Business Partner and/or supervisor if necessary. Manage intercultural and trustful relationships by creating and adding value from international project team setups through utilizing the cultural diversity in the project.Support definition of material cost changes (budgeting) in agreement with the Hella domains and superior to create an aligned planning basis and to achieve business division objectives.Support in ensuring alignment capacity for pre-series and launch business at supplier, managing stock increases, packaging and logistics related topics in case of bottlenecks or insolvencies.Support in challenging the technical solutions for purchased parts in terms of cost efficiency and challenge the project team to ensure and overachieve targeted costs. Supporting the identification and achievement of cost potentials resulting from Design-to-Cost (DtC).
