Electronics Business Operations Associate
You will provide administrative support to the National Electronics Operations Support team and National Electronics Operating Region
Serve as the primary contact for Phoenix customer badging requirements, including process ownership, updates, and execution
Compile month-end and quarterly reports to support management
And you will assist management with ad hoc reporting, budgeting cost identification, and limited project management
Maintain national Electronics vendor and agreement records
Manage gate access for Electronics Operations sites
Further, you will add technical documentation to GDMS, maintain version control, and assign document numbers in accordance with Linde practices
Maintain and organize the Electronics Operations Support site page
Coordinate travel and lodging for international visitors as required
And you will work in both office and field environments as needed
Travel domestically approximately ten percent (10%)
Maintain occasional off-hours availability by laptop and cell phone
You have five (5+) years of experience in an assistant role within an industrial manufacturing environment
Basic project management experience, including developing tools for internal KPI tracking
A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and achieve results with minimal supervision
You are proficient with computers and standard software packages, including Microsoft Office and email
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience, preferred
