Electronics Assembly TechnicianSeasats is looking for a skilled, build-savvy Electronics Production Technician to join our team as we accelerate manufacturing of our maritime vehicles. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the build/assembly of the vehicle's cable harness, motor, sensors, batteries, and antennas. As a member of the electronics team, you'll make critical contributions alongside other experienced technicians and engineers.Your daily responsibilities will depend on your specific skills and our production phase.
As examples, though, you might expect some of the following tasks:Measuring, cutting, and terminating wires to build vehicle cable harnessesConducting quality control checks on your and other people's workDocumenting production processes and identifying areas for efficiency improvementsPotting waterproof assembliesIt won't always be glamorous work; you may sometimes need to hunker down and spend a week splicing solar panel cables.
