Entry-Level Electronic Repair TechnicianWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Electronic Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing electronic assemblies and circuit boards. This position requires fine soldering skills, the ability to work with small components under magnification, and a willingness to learn through hands-on training. Prior experience is helpful but not required.ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic components and circuit boards.Solder and desolder small electronic components, including surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole parts, using a magnifying glass or microscope.Use multimeters and other test equipment to diagnose electrical and electronic issues.Read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.Document repairs, test results, and maintenance activities.Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety procedures.Assist tenured technicians with complex repairs and learn new repair techniques through on-the-job training.Essential SkillsAbility to read schematics.Ability to solder small components accurately and neatly.Experience using a multimeter for voltage, resistance, and continuity testing preferred.Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to sit for extended periods while performing detailed work under magnification.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic understanding of electronics and electronic components preferred.Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training.Why Work Here?On-the-job training available.
