When you help make fleets smarter, you make people safer.Produces electronics assemblies through the use of parts, work orders and standard work.Responsibilities and DutiesPrepares work by assembling parts; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Able to switch between multiple tasks between within production day to support flow of product.Able to flex hours and work overtime when needed to support on time delivery and demand increases.Hourly Rate: $20 - $23 USDNOTE: FRC does not discriminate in hiring or employment on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, marital status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry veteran status or any other status protected by law.RequirementsMust have good technical knowledge and possess manual dexterity.Must be able to work with basic hand tools (automatic drivers, basic latches and fixtures)Ability to read instructions represented in manuals.
