Electronics AssemblerThe primary responsibility of this role is to assemble and disassemble parts and subassemblies, conduct inspections, and perform maintenance and repairs as needed.Key responsibilities include:Assemble and disassemble parts and subassemblies following schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructionsConduct thorough inspections to check for defects and ensure assembled products meet specificationsTroubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to maintain production qualityUtilize a range of hand tools, power tools, and machinery effectively to complete assembly tasksPosition and align components manually or using hoists to facilitate accurate assemblyConduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with standardsPrepare for assembly work by studying parts lists and gathering necessary tools and materialsVerify specifications by measuring completed components and making adjustments as neededMaintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance and addressing any malfunctionsDocument production and quality actions by completing necessary forms and reportsSkills and qualifications required:Strong understanding of mechanical principles with the ability to work confidently with tools and machineryHigh attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly according to provided instructionsProblem-solving skills to identify and resolve assembly challengesPhysical ability to lift and handle heavy objects as part of the assembly processExperience in mechanical assembly, industrial maintenance, or related fieldsCommitment to safety procedures and quality controlDexterity and hand-eye coordination for assembling small componentsAbility to distinguish different colors as required
