Electronics Assembler

Electronics AssemblerWe are seeking both entry-level and advanced-level electronics assemblers to join our growing team. As part of our team, you will engage in the assembly of electronics components with a focus on soldering and SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) techniques. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for electronics and a background in aerospace or defense technology.ResponsibilitiesPerform soldering, assembly, and mechanical assembly of electronic components.Utilize hand tools effectively for various assembly tasks.Work closely with the engineering team to build parts for robotics systems.Lead and oversee entry-level assemblers if in an advanced position.Ensure quality and precision in all assembly tasks.Essential SkillsProficiency in soldering and electronic assembly.Experience with mechanical assembly and hand tools.Background in aerospace or defense technology is preferred.Knowledge of SMT, production, electrical systems, soldering, wiring, and circuit boards.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in electronic assembly and wire harnessing.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic company in its early stages with the potential to buy stock as it grows. Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Our team values a collaborative and innovative atmosphere where technology and creativity meet.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
