This role involves precision soldering, assembly, testing, inspection, and rework while following detailed work instructions and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesAssemble electronic and electromechanical components using drawings and work instructions.Perform soldering, circuit card repair, and rework as needed.Fabricate wire and cable assemblies.Conduct basic electrical testing and inspections.Operate production equipment, including soldering stations, microscopes, and crimp tools.Maintain accurate production documentation.Follow safety, ESD, and quality procedures.Meet productivity and quality goals.Qualifications2+ years of electronics assembly experience or an Associate Degree in Electronics.Soldering experience on electronic assemblies required.Ability to read assembly drawings and follow detailed instructions.Experience using basic production tools and equipment.Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel).Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.PreferredIPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification.Microscope assembly experience.Class 2 soldering experience.Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo, NY.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
