You'll be:Assembling, testing, programming, and packing various circuit board assemblies using Pin Thru-hole and Surface Mount TechnologiesFollowing assembly procedures and visual aide instructions to ensure product integrityInspecting your own work for placement accuracy and completeness, and reporting any defective componentsWashing printed circuit boards and performing pack out operations as neededMaintaining a clean and organized workspace and participating in Quality team meetingsSupporting quality standards by following ISO and job-specific proceduresThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a High School Diploma or equivalent education (required)Possess knowledge of electronic component identification and assembly (preferred)Are familiar with ISO9001 and IPC Standards, and have ESD TrainingAre comfortable using hand tools and pneumatic tools such as torque drivers, wrenches, and screwdriversCan read and interpret procedures, visual aids, and mechanical/electrical drawingsWork well as part of a team in a high-volume, dynamic environmentHave basic computer, problem-solving, and workstation skillsDemonstrate good written and verbal communication abilitiesMeet the requirement to be a US Person as defined in 22 CRF Part 120.15Bring up to 3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience (preferred) and/or up to 2 years in coating application/manual spray environments (if applicable)Are willing to work flexible hours as necessaryOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
