You'll be:Assembling, testing, programming, and packing circuit board assemblies using both Pin Thru-hole and Surface Mount TechnologiesFollowing assembly procedures, visual aid instructions, and ISO/job-specific requirementsPlacing components such as resistors, capacitors, connectors, and sockets onto printed circuit boardsPerforming pre-forming of component leads, washing boards, and inspecting your own work for quality and accuracyReporting defective components and participating in quality team meetingsMaintaining cleanliness of your work area and ensuring accuracy of work-in-processUsing hand tools and pneumatic equipment as requiredThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)Possess up to 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment (preferred, but entry-level considered)Are familiar with component identification, nomenclature, and basic electronic assembly skillsHave knowledge of ISO9001 and IPC Standards and ESD training (preferred)Can use hand tools (pliers, rulers, cutters) and pneumatic tools (torque drivers, wrenches, screwdrivers)Demonstrate strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking abilitiesCan read and interpret procedures, visual aids, and mechanical/electrical drawingsHave basic computer skills and good written/verbal communicationAre a US Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or temporary resident granted amnesty, as work includes ITAR-controlled technical data)Are willing and able to work flexible hours as business needs requireWhat happens nextOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
