Electronic Test Technician-Direct HireKelly Services is hiring an experienced Electronic Test Technician for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing organization in Kearny, NJ.This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys hands-on electrical testing, troubleshooting, and repair work and is comfortable diagnosing electronic assemblies down to the component level.What You'll Be DoingAs an Electronic Test Technician, you'll support the testing, troubleshooting, and repair of subassemblies and finished electronic products used in industrial and technical applications.Your responsibilities may include:Perform electrical testing on manufactured products and assembliesTroubleshoot electronic and electrical failures down to the component levelRepair subassemblies and completed assemblies as neededPerform product and system preventive maintenanceConduct verification checks on electronic test instrumentsInvestigate failed components and determine the source of electrical issuesUse electrical test equipment such as:VoltmetersHi-Pot testersRatiometersOther electronic diagnostic equipmentDocument test results and inspection findingsDevelop or assist with test and inspection proceduresWork closely with production and Quality teams to address product concernsFollow established safety and testing proceduresIdentify and communicate quality concerns affecting products or processesMaintain accurate testing and repair documentationSupport continuous improvement efforts related to testing and product reliabilityWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentAssociate degree in Electronics preferredOR at least 2 years of equivalent hands-on electronics or electrical testing experienceExperience performing electrical testing in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to troubleshoot electronic assemblies and componentsExperience using voltmeters, multimeters, Hi-Pot testers, or similar electrical test equipmentAbility to read and follow test procedures, work instructions, and technical documentationStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood attention to detailComfortable documenting test results and repair findingsAbility to work independently and as part of a manufacturing teamWhat's Offered$24–$28/hr, based on experienceMonday–Friday, 1st-shift scheduleOvertime opportunities as neededCompetitive benefits packagePaid time off beginning on Day One10 company-paid holidaysTuition reimbursementGenerous 401(k) employer contributionGrowth and advancement opportunitiesIf you have hands-on electronic testing experience and enjoy figuring out why something failed, not just whether it failed, this could be a great next step.Apply today for this direct-hire Electronic Test Technician opportunity with Kelly Services in Kearny, NJ.
