Job Responsibilities

Conduct advanced component-level diagnosis and repair of electronic and electromechanical assemblies. Diagnose and resolve complex failures involving coordinated circuits, processors, sensors, power supplies, relays, motors, and communication interfaces. Analyze recurring product failures and recommend corrective actions to improve quality and reliability. Read, interpret, and apply complex schematics, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, and technical documentation. Apply advanced test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, frequency generators, multimeters, and specialized diagnostic tools. Conduct root cause analysis and document repair findings, trends, and corrective actions. Verify repairs through functional and quality testing procedures. Assist Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams with troubleshooting and technical investigations. Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and repair process improvements. Serve as a technical mentor and provide hands-on training to Repair Technicians and new team members. Develop and recommend standardized repair procedures, troubleshooting guides, and guidelines. Monitor repair quality metrics and find opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce rework.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or an equivalent level of experience required. Associate Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience performing electronic troubleshooting, diagnostics, and component-level repair. Experience troubleshooting AC/DC circuits and electromechanical systems. Ability to interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and service documentation. Experience using industry-standard electronic test equipment. Proven skill in independently identifying and fixing complex equipment malfunctions. Experience mentoring or training team members preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and a continuous improvement approach.

Pay Range

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
