Summary About the Position: The Anniston Army Depot is located in Anniston, Alabama in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain chain halfway between Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL just off Interstate 20. The Depot is the largest employer in Calhoun County with approximately 4000 employees. Responsibilities Repairs, rebuilds, adjusts, and modifies the M1 electronic system using testing equipment such as Integrated Family Test Equipment (IFTE). Perform variety of independent and interconnected test wiring diagrams and test procedures. Interprets variety of complex schematics, reference materials, specifications, wiring diagrams and test procedures. Replace or repairs items such as circuit cards, microprocessors, integrated circuits, connectors, etc. Use soldering irons and all hand tools common to the trade.
