Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an ELECTRONIC INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS MECHANIC SUPERVISOR without more than normal supervision. I have the ability to perform common Electronic Industrial Controls Mechanic Supervisor tasks. I can lead Electronic Industrial Controls Mechanics in a manufacturing environment in areas such as: assisting in setting work schedules and establishing work priorities, review employee's work in progress and upon completion, and assist in planning work sequences to have work completed by deadlines. I work under supervision of a work leader, journey-level employee, or supervisor who reviews my work for completion. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

- Plans weekly and monthly work schedules and sequence of operations for subordinates.
- Develop, execute and maintain the portion of the organizational annual budget for assigned area.
- Proactively supports LEAN through identification and implementation of efficiency improvements and cost reductions for areas of responsibility.
- Selects workers and assigns tasks to be performed.
- Investigates work related problems (e.g., low productivity) to identify causes; implements those corrective actions that can be taken within the limits of incumbent's authority.
- Maintains production reports and records.
