High Voltage is the key.Responsibilities:Develop traction inverters for electric vehicle applications.Design, bring-up, characterize and troubleshoot traction inverters.Design and validate circuit schematics and PCB layout.Perform complex circuit design analysis, thermal analysis, and control analysis.Perform failure analysis.Support design validation and end-of-line tests specifications.Collaborate with mechanical design, software, system, project management, supply chain functions throughout the organization.Requirements:2+ years of experience in power electronics product developmentHands-on experience of schematic capture and circuit simulation & analysis tools.Hands-on experience of PCB layout for better signal integrity and manufacturabilityHands-on experience with high voltage power electronics testing and validation.Familiar with IGBT, MOSFET etc. devices and power modulesBS, MS, in EE or equivalent.Preference:Experience with EMI troubleshootingFamiliar with three phase inverters and motor controlExperience with safety-critical automotive hardware developmentFamiliar with industry standards and regulatory requirements for power electronics products.
