Electronic AssemblerWe are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler to join our team in a direct hire position on the first shift.

The role involves soldering electronic components, assembling sensors and meters, and ensuring high-quality standards in electronic assembly.ResponsibilitiesSolder electronic components, PCBs, sensors, and meters for approximately 75% of the day.Perform surface mount (SMT) and through-hole soldering to IPC standards.Assemble sensors and meters by reading blueprints, schematics, routing instructions, and work orders.Assemble small electronic components and sub-assemblies, positioning, aligning, and adjusting components to facilitate wiring and assembly.Route and connect lead wires between components, terminals, and connectors.Mount sub-assemblies and install completed assemblies into finished products.Operate production equipment including a wave solder machine.Use hand tools, wire cutters, snips, torque drivers, and other assembly tools.Perform visual inspections and go/no-go quality checks.Conduct computerized testing and move completed products to the next stage of production.Follow Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.Assemble electronic products according to work instructions and engineering drawings.Perform precise soldering on printed circuit boards and electronic components.Setup and operate wave solder equipment.Build and install sub-assemblies into final products.Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.Troubleshoot and rework assemblies when needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Adhere to all quality, safety, and production standards.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in electronic assembly and soldering.Proficiency in both SMT and through-hole soldering.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.Experience using small hand tools.Expertise in electronic assembly and sub-assembly.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail.Why Work Here?Join a family-owned and operated company with a close-knit environment where the average tenure is 10 years.
