This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Assemble electrical components, wiring, and harnesses for aluminum/metal productsRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and work instructionsMeasure, cut, strip, and connect wires to specified lengths and configurationsUse hand and power tools such as drills, crimpers, and wire strippersPerform quality checks to ensure proper assembly and functionalityTroubleshoot and resolve basic electrical or assembly issuesMaintain a clean and organized work area following safety standardsWork collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesQualifications:Previous experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagramsBasic knowledge of electrical components and wiring systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracy with measurementsAbility to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environmentComfortable working with aluminum and metal materialsBasic math and measurement skillsPreferred Skills:Experience in metal or aluminum manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with quality control proceduresAbility to use measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsWork Environment:Manufacturing/warehouse settingExposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperaturesStanding, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks required
