This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity. You will not go through a temp to hire process.

This person will perform soldering, testing, adjustments, inspections, and troubleshooting on units to ensure they meet required specifications. This position requires strong attention to detail, patience with tedious and repetitive small parts work, and the ability to sit at a workstation while performing precise hands on tasks.
Candidates must have strong hand dexterity and be comfortable working with small components in a quality focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform solder assembly operations according to established proceduresTest and adjust units to meet in shop, final test, and FTP specificationsRead and understand drawings, test specifications, and ATP reportsUse measurement instruments to check parts for compliance with quality specificationsTroubleshoot a wide variety of complex unitsOperate mass spectrometers and ESS equipment when requiredWork closely with team members to share workload and support problem solvingDocument quality assurance findings and reports clearly and accuratelyProvide training support to other employees as neededMinimum RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience requiredMinimum of 2 years of soldering experience requiredMinimum of 1 year of experience using quality assurance or measurement equipment, including but not limited to mass spectrometers and ESS equipmentAbility to effectively read blueprints; blueprint reading will be tested prior to hireStrong mechanical aptitude requiredStrong hand dexterity requiredMust be comfortable working with small parts and performing tedious, repetitive, detail oriented workAbility to sit at a workstation for the majority of the shift while maintaining accuracy and qualityAssembly background highly desiredElectrical background highly desiredAbility to accurately write quality assurance reports and findingsReady to learn more?
