(Great shift 4 day, 10 hour shifts)Pay: $16.50/hr $17.50hr*Soldering Experience Preferred* MUST be able to work with small partsKey ResponsibilitiesFollow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and proceduresWilling to cross train and work different departments and cellsAssemble parts and components to required specifications and quality standardsPerform machine setup and operate equipment as neededConduct basic testing and inspection of assembled productsPackage finished products for shipmentFollow all company Quality, Safety, and OSHA guidelinesParticipate in continuous improvement and safety programs (5S, Near Miss, etc.)Train team members on job functions and safety practices when neededMaintain a clean and organized work environmentPerform other duties as assigned by supervisorQualificationsSkills & Knowledge:Experience with assembly and testing processesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBasic knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processesEducation:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience:Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experienceElectronic soldering experience
