Electronic AssemblerJohnson Service Group is looking for an Electronic Assembler with 2 years' experience working in a PCB environment. This is a Temp-Direct job in The Chatsworth, CA area. Must be open to start working in Van Nuys, CA, then moving to Chatsworth, CA.

Pay Rate: $26.00 HR DOE. Summary The Electrical Assembler I is responsible for assembling high-reliability electronic assemblies. This role includes soldering critical components, performing mechanical and electrical assembly operations, and accurately completing production documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and traceability.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform a wide range of assembly operations, including crimping, staking, bonding, press-fit, fastening, and related electrical tasks as requestedInterpret and follow detailed assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructionsIdentify workmanship issues and process discrepancies, escalating concerns and supporting corrective actions as neededFollow documented work instructions to ensure accurate and consistent product completionActively contribute to team objectives and meet daily production commitmentsWork efficiently and share lessons learned to support continuous improvementDemonstrate strong work habits, including punctuality and reliable attendanceSupport production demands by working overtime as neededThrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a willingness to learn and contributeAlways adhere to company Quality System and InstructionsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent Fundamental English speaking, reading, math, and writing skills Minimum of 1 years' experience in electronics testing or troubleshooting environment Skilled in electrical assembly techniques, including crimping, bonding, press-fit, and fastening Possess an understanding of J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 workmanship standards Willingness to share new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement Demonstrates integrity, strong character, and a solid work ethic Detail-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude Ability to work in a flexible environment and collaborate effectively within a team Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and communication abilities Must be a US citizen or legal permanent residentPreferred Skills / QualificationsAccredited NSF | AS9100D | ISO9001 | ISO-13485 Registered 2 Associates in Electronics Technology or equivalent technical training Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and documentation IPC-J-STD-001 Certification (with Space Addendum preferred) IPC-A-610 Certification NASA 8739.1 & NASA 8739.4 CertificationsJohnson Service Group (JSG) offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, short-term disability, 401(k), weekly pay, and more.
