Shift Schedules & Competitive Pay We have open positions across multiple shifts to fit your schedule:1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM - $18.002nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-2:00AM - $19.00Responsibilities:Component Placement: Manually place small electronic components onto circuit boards prior to soldering, ensuring exact alignment.Machine Operation Support: Help monitor automated assembly equipment, including surface-mount technology (SMT) machinery, component feeders, and ovens.Hand Assembly & Soldering: Perform precise hand-soldering and mechanical assembly of small parts using specialized tools, tweezers, and magnifying equipment.Quality Inspection: Visually inspect completed circuit boards for defects, missing parts, or incorrect alignment according to strict high-tech quality standards.Documentation: Maintain accurate, digital production logs and follow detailed step-by-step assembly drawings and instructions.Skills:Good communication skillsExcellent hand-eye coordinationBasic computer skillsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to lift 30#Ability to create and interpret technical documentation
