Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Position: Electronic Component Assembly
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00/hr
Shifts Available: 2nd shift
Location: Katy, TX 77493
We're hiring immediately for one of our valued clients in the Katy area. You will be working in an Advanced Electronics Manufacturing Plant building servers for data centers.

Requirements To Be Considered
Must have at least one year experience working within manufacturing, preferably within an assembly function
The ideal candidate and a definite PLUS is having experience working within electronic component assembly
The Assembler Operator is responsible for performing hands-on assembly tasks on a production line to manufacture high quality products safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. This role supports daily production goals, ensures product consistency, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Responsibilities may include
Assemble components and products according to standardized work instructions.
Operate hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment as required.
Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
Conduct visual and functional inspections of parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Report any defects, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to the Line Lead immediately.
Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company policies.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
Keep workstations organized and contribute to 5S/lean manufacturing initiatives.
Assist team members and perform other duties off the assembly line as assigned to support production goals.
More duties may be assigned upon hire.
What You'll Need
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift, up to 50lbs. for extended periods.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools safely.
Ability to follow instructions precisely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Preferred:
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production line work.
Familiarity with basic power tools.
Additional Information
2nd shift, 3:30pm - 12:00am
Monday - Friday (On rare occasions you could be asked to work on a Saturday)
Must be able to work 8:00am - 4:30pm for the 1st day
permanent shift after the 1st day 3:30pm - 12:00am
Flexibility for overtime occasionally
Work Environment
Fast paced production environment.
Exposure to machinery, moving parts
Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and product safety equipment as defined by safety and quality policies.
