We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler to join a high-performance manufacturing team supporting advanced electronics production in the Hollister area! This position is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and experience working with precision electronics—especially in industries such as aerospace, defense, or advanced technology.Job Description:Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and complex units according to specificationsHand-load PCBs using schematics, visual aids, and engineering drawingsIdentify component values and ensure accurate placementPerform soldering on a variety of component sizes, including fine-pitch componentsSolder under a microscope using both leaded and lead-free materialsInspect assemblies and troubleshoot/repair soldering defectsPerform rework, modifications, and reassembly as neededRead and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructionsFollow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols and proper handling proceduresEnsure all work meets quality and compliance standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the production teamQualifications & Requirements:Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environmentHands-on experience with PCB assembly, hand loading, and inspectionExperience soldering under magnification (microscope)Knowledge of electronic assembly acceptance standardsAbility to read and interpret technical documentationHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Pay: $20 - $25/HR.
