We're seeking detail-oriented Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team that produces advanced electronic systems and technology products.This is a great opportunity for individuals with assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience looking to grow their career in electronics manufacturing.What You'll DoAssemble electronic products and subassemblies using hand tools, fixtures, and work instructionsBuild and configure servers, electronic components, and other technology productsPerform basic wiring, cable routing, and connector installationFollow assembly drawings, diagrams, and standard operating proceduresConduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and workmanship standardsComplete production documentation and maintain accurate recordsTroubleshoot minor assembly issues and report discrepanciesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentCollaborate with teammates to meet production schedules and quality goalsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 6 months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or related environmentsComfortable using hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to follow written work instructions and proceduresReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAble to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 poundsPreferred QualificationsElectronics assembly experienceMechanical assembly experienceCable assembly or wiring experienceExperience reading blueprints, schematics, or assembly drawingsQuality control or inspection experienceExperience working in a manufacturing or production environmentIPC certification or soldering experience is a plusJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
