You'll be:Reading diagrams and assembly drawings to accurately build products to specificationAssembling products according to customer requirements and manufacturing standardsEnsuring finished products meet quality expectationsUsing hand tools, gauges, and specialized equipment such as soldering irons, heat guns, and wire trimmersPreparing and processing wires, including routing, stripping, crimping, and attaching connectors for harness assembliesAssisting with process improvements, workflow, and build proceduresMaintaining a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety and industry regulationsThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have electronic and mechanical aptitude (a must)Can read and interpret technical diagrams and assembly drawingsAre able to use measuring tools and perform basic mathematical calculations accuratelyPay strong attention to detail and are committed to high quality standardsAre physically able to bend, stoop, reach, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbsPossess a High School diploma, GED, or equivalentHave previous experience in electronic/mechanical assembly, vocational training, or related military experienceOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
