Assembly TechnicianWe are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to perform mechanical and electromechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. This role requires strong soldering skills, good hand dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesAssemble components, subassemblies, and final units using work instructions and schematicsSolder electrical components, wires, and connectors to company standardsAssemble precision rare earth magnetic componentsInspect assemblies for accuracy, alignment, and overall qualityTest assemblies for proper mechanical and electrical functionalityMaintain a clean and organized work area while following safety proceduresComplete production logs, documentation, and quality checklistsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1– 2 years of assembly, manufacturing, or soldering experienceStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to read and follow assembly drawings and instructionsPreferred:Experience in electronics, medical device, aerospace, or precision assembly environmentsFamiliarity with ESD handling and lean manufacturing practicesPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand or sit for extended periodsAbility to lift 25– 40 lbsGood hand-eye coordination for soldering and assembly tasks
