We're a trusted and strategic partner to engineers, contractors, distributors, specifiers, retailers, and homeowners alike as the manufacturer of precast concrete, polymer concrete, and plastic infrastructure products.Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, adjust, repair and troubleshoot production equipment, and special purpose machines as assignedOperate a variety of hand and power tools to repair, grease, change parts, and complete tasks as assignedProgram and maintain PLC equipmentProgram and maintain the robotic equipmentWelding, torching, and light machining as requiredPerform general repairs and preventative maintenance to plant structuresKeep the work area in a clean and orderly conditionTest and troubleshoot malfunctioning machinery, determine repairs, and follow through with these repairs to assure proper operation of equipment in a safe, timely mannerInstall equipment and/or electrical components and test to ensure proper functioningDismantle equipment to gain access to and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power toolsReplace and install parts as neededLubricate and clean parts and equipment to ensure proper operationOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededServe as a reference to the other electromechanicsJob Requirements7+ years of experience requiredTechnical or vocational school certification or equivalent in training or experienceAbility to read and interpret instructions and operations manuals and follow step by step instructionsPLC and robotics maintenance experienceMechanical aptitude and ability are essentialSkilled in the use of hand and power toolsKnowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, belting, mechanics, electricity, carpentry, or related field preferredKnowledge of CMMS system and its functionGood communication skillsBe able to work with a team or independentlyFull understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance programsLeadership skillsExperienced with EHS risks tasks like lock out tag out, close space and heightsValid driver's license since the role requires travel between 2 sites.
